Shipping policy

Every Facet and Finish piece is handmade and ships from Pennsylvania. I ship within the United States only.

Processing time: Ready-made pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days. Custom pieces ship when finished; custom earrings take about 7 business days to make.

Rates (delivery times count from when the order ships): UPS Standard shipping is $8 and takes 3 to 5 business days, and is free on orders of $200 or more. UPS Express shipping is $15 and takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. I am not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to me, the customer pays to reship it.

Lost or stolen packages: Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, I am not responsible for loss or theft. If tracking has not updated in 7 days, email me and I will open a claim with the carrier.
