Dark ammolite, which not everyone expects — seventy million years of pressure on fossilized shell, flashing bronze-green rather than full rainbow. I left the outline irregular, following the natural edge of the rough instead of cutting it into a shape, which meant forming the bezel against every one of those curves.
Size 7, sterling silver. The imperfections nature left are usually my favorite part. Fossil iridescence never repeats: one of this, and no second attempt.
