A wing of electric blue, caught mid-flight.
The stone is shaped like a wing, and I didn't name it that — everyone who picks it up says so first.
It's a long teardrop, fifty-two millimeters, and the electric blue covers virtually the entire surface, so when it swings it looks like it's catching light in flight. Labradorite at its most theatrical: storm cloud one second, northern lights the next.
Because the silhouette is already doing something unusual, I set it in a plain smooth bezel and put the craft elsewhere. The bail cap is hand-textured with a scale pattern, punched in one impression at a time, and it hangs from a woven rope chain — heavier and more braided than my usual, because anything fine looked wrong under a stone this size.

It wears ethereal and slightly bold at once. On a plain shirt it does all the work.
