Rose quartz is the tender stone. Soft pink, smooth, entirely uninterested in impressing anyone — it's the stone people give each other during hard weeks, and I've stopped being cynical about that.
This teardrop had a near twin in the same parcel, and I set them both rather than choosing. Plain bezel, plain band, every file mark taken down smooth so there's nothing sharp anywhere on it.
Size 8.5. It wears quiet and kind, and I mean that as the highest compliment I can pay a small ring. One of two, and neither is exactly the other.
