Variscite is a quiet desert green, soft apple in color with pale matrix veining wandering through it. It gets mistaken for turquoise constantly, and it is gentler than turquoise in every way: less saturated, less bold, easier to live with.
I set these plainly in polished silver, no texture, no accent stones. Material this understated does not want help.
They wear calm and everyday. A gentle green near your face, nothing to think about, easy to forget you have them on.
Some of my favorite pieces are the ones that do not ask for attention at all.
